• You may export or delete your content at any time

4. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by our AI (screenplays, images, voice) is based on your inputs:

• You own the generated content and may use it commercially
• You are responsible for ensuring generated content respects copyright and rights of others
• We are not liable for any copyright infringement claims related to generated content
• Some generated content may resemble existing works—you must verify uniqueness before commercial use

5. Limitation of Liability

The materials on Clear Difference AI Studio are provided "as is". Clear Difference AI Studio makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

Further, Clear Difference AI Studio does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

• You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• You agree not to share your account with others

8. Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through Flutterwave
• You will be charged according to your selected subscription plan
• Billing occurs monthly on your subscription renewal date
• You may cancel anytime without penalty
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice

9. Termination

We may terminate your account if you:

• Violate this agreement
• Engage in illegal activities
• Harass other users or our staff
• Do not pay subscription fees

You may terminate your account at any time by visiting your account settings or contacting support.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clear Difference AI Studio and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

11. Disclaimers

• Service Availability - We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• AI Accuracy - Generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies
• Third-Party Services - We are not responsible for third-party services (OpenAI, ElevenLabs)
• Content Accuracy - We do not verify accuracy of user-generated content

13. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
